St Albans parking can be a little tricky, especially at the weekends.
During the week, 3 hours free parking is available at the beautiful Clarence Park, directly opposite the boutique, accessible from Clarence Road. But remember to pop a free ticket on your dash. It's a fairly small car park and on sunny days, it gets busy but on a rainy day you should be a-ok. Clarence Park only opens during daylight hours so closes early in Winter.

The best guaranteed parking is at Alban City Station, which is reasonably priced if you're there outside of the usual commuter-rush peaks.

About What Alice Wore

From a background in Marketing, Styling and Creative, working for a series of well-known brands including ASOS.com, Reiss and Soho House, Amy spotted a need for a fun, accessible bridal boutique after finding the search for her own wedding dress uninspiring.

Named after her Grandma- a milliner, seamstress and a fashion-obsessive- What Alice Wore is the realisation of a dream they both shared.

Now, the bridal boutique embodies the ethos of owner, Amy. The environment is playful, the sales approach is relaxed and every element is designed around ensuring the Bride feels uplifted, confident in her gown choice and ready to celebrate the Big Day ahead.
